By using this website, or by downloading, installing, or using the GripFit app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or the application.

GripFit is a grip strength tracking application that connects to Bluetooth-enabled grip measurement devices. The app records, stores, and displays grip strength data to help users monitor their progress. GripFit is intended for personal fitness tracking and is not a medical device.

This website provides information about GripFit and lets you sign up for Kickstarter updates and contact us. Product details shown here, including specifications, pricing, and availability, may change before the product ships.

This website does not take payment. Pledges are handled entirely through our crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter, and Kickstarter's own terms govern your pledge, when you are charged, cancellation, and refunds.

Before the campaign opens we test different Kickstarter prices, so the price shown to you on this website may differ from the price shown to another visitor. Prices shown here are indicative and are not an offer to sell. The reward tiers published on the Kickstarter campaign page are the only prices that apply to your pledge, and a Super Early Bird code reduces that published price by the percentage stated when the code was issued.

A discount code issued from this website is personal to the email address it was sent to, has no cash value, and applies only to a pledge placed through our Kickstarter campaign. One code is issued per email address; asking again returns the same code.

We may decline to honor a code that appears to have been shared, generated by automated means, or obtained in bulk. If the campaign does not go ahead, codes lapse and nothing is owed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

GripFit Pro is an optional subscription purchased in the app. Subscriptions are billed, renewed, and cancelled through your Apple App Store account, and Apple's terms govern payment and refunds.

You agree to use GripFit only for its intended purpose of personal grip strength tracking. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the functionality of the app, this website, our servers, or connected devices, and you may not submit our forms by automated means.

GripFit is not a medical device and should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. The data provided, and the information on this website, is for personal fitness tracking and general information purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice regarding grip strength or hand health.

The GripFit app and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the application or the website, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or physical injury.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of GripFit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
